Buyers Products SaltDogg 1.5 Cubic Yard Electric Stainless Hopper Spreader is ready for commercial use. The 6 ft spreader can fit in the bed of a 1 ton truck and will work with bulk sand and a 50/50 sand/salt mix. Its electric-powered design offers quieter time-saving operation with no need for refueling or engine servicing. The spinner and conveyor are operated by a heavy duty in-cab controller with independent variable speeds.

A SaltDogg stainless spreader is an investment made to last. Its hopper and fully-welded frame are made from high quality 304 stainless steel for long lasting corrosion protection.The spreader features a 12 in. wide, all steel pintle chain conveyor powered by an independent 3/4 HP, 12V gear motor. A lever-operated feedgate offers additional material flow control.

A six-fin, 14 in. polymer disc powered by an independent 1/2 HP, 12V motor can cast a 5 to 30 ft spread. The stainless steel chute can be extended an extra 11-1/2 in. if needed. The spreader also comes outfitted with a top screen, stainless steel inverted V, and tie down kit.
